Hello Competition Dance Families!

After a lot of thought, conversations, and listening to feedback from our parent meeting on Monday, we've made a decision about our Competition Dance program for this season.

We've decided to return to our tried-and-true competition model: one unified team with the same commitment level for everyone on the team.

Dancers will still have the opportunity to take as many classes as they'd like at the studio, and we'll continue encouraging attendance at out-of-town conventions. We truly believe conventions are one of the best ways for dancers to grow through high-level training and exposure to new instructors.

Our competition schedule will include:

• One in-town competition

• Two out-of-town competitions

• An optional National Finals

As we've talked with families over the past few weeks, we've received feedback from every direction. Some families wanted more travel, while others wanted less. Some preferred a lower commitment, while others wanted a more intensive experience. After considering everything, we believe this structure is the best way to meet in the middle, create consistency across the team, and continue building a strong program; not just for this season, but for years to come.

We're incredibly excited about the year ahead and can't wait to get started with your family.
